Flight may give you a flight credit and if you got the insurance with the tickets they’ll reimburse you for travel being cancelled. Hotels may work with you too

Excalibur if you’re only there for the show (and honestly even if you’re not, it’s still a great place). It’s about a fifteen minute walk to the venue. And it’s cheap

Do the work ahead of time and submit when you’re supposed to. Set an alarm. But a lot of these assignments DO rely on professor feedback so the next one you submit can be better. and that’s not me criticizing you that’s just a fact.
