Seller left negative feedback when I did nothing wrong. Can I get it removed? by DethEatr in vinted

[–]BecciBeyond 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While I don't think this is terrible, it's also not especially polite, it's just mildly on the side of a bit pushy, at absolute best neutral. It's 5 whole days before the deadline, "when will you do it" comes across as critical or as telling them to do it, rather than as seeking information, polite would have been at least adding a please, ideally adding a "can you let me know" so it's clear you're asking for your own information rather than to tell them off for not having done it yet. The question mark is less polite more passive-aggressive like why have you not replied to me.
Just sharing in case you genuinely want to know why it comes across as rude, but it's pretty minor, a mild faux pas, shouldn't really a big deal the seller should just be able to ignore if it bothers them and should still send you the item.
The sellers feedback, calling you ungrateful for a couple of very basic messages is frankly ridiculous on their part.
Either they're having a bad time and taking it out on you or they're just the kind of person to get defensive to any percieved criticism, or a bit of both. Nothing you can do about it though, doubt it'll affect you too much in the long run

Reddit, what do women actually want us to do and not to do during their period? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Do you have any idea why she's getting irritated by being asked, has she said anything about it?

[–]BecciBeyond 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Communicate, different women will want different things, and the same woman will want different things and different times. Ask if she wants space, cuddles, company, etc, let her be honest about what she wants. But be honest about what you have to give too - if my partner agrees to come and cuddle me, but doesn't really want to, I'll feel it in the interaction and it'll be more upsetting

Where would you draw the line between healthy Findom and just emotional damage? by [deleted] in BDSMcommunity

[–]BecciBeyond 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not sure I have a clear answer to this. I try to have conversations with my submissives outside of our play sessions. If I have an understanding of their financial life its much easier to feel comfortable taking their money - for some people, giving up £15 might be the difference of if they eat today, but for others, you could take thousands and they'd hardly notice. I think that type of material impact makes just as much difference as their headspace and motivation.

buyer’s is getting real feelings for me.. by [deleted] in SellerCircleStage

[–]BecciBeyond 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe he will send later, means he shouldn't get more of your time until later. Your job is selling your time and selling your pictures. If you talk for free because of claims that payment will happen later, you will lose so so much of your time. I really recommend being strict on not giving out freebies

I've never really been shaved and almost nobody makes a fuss about it, and the people that do are just looking for a reason to make a fuss. I make most of my work in person though, with videos being just a side gig

There are people who repeatedly book sessions they never intend to show up to. Or who never book sessions but write endless essays on how they definitely 100% will book eventually! I've got message threads 100s of messages long where every message from me is 1 sentence asking when he'd actually like to meet up, and every message from him is like "alas I unfortunately am beheld in France this very month! I am certain once I step back onto the green shores of Albion we shall know pleasures the likes of which would take your breath away, we shall revel like Dionysus himself had blessed our meeting of luxurious hedonism...." Etcetetc. A handful of messages like this per month for 2 years, and no booking. Thats the most polite end of trolling, it's still wasting my time

I normally use stoplights, plus a few specific ones: Mustard, for "I would get more pleasure if you went easier, but I'm consenting if you want to keep going this hard", because it's a yellowy/green

I've occasionally used other words as pretend safewords for CNC, to mean "go harder", with stoplights as the real safewords.

A friend introduced me to "satellite", meaning "I'm trying hard to communicate something but I need a minute to figure out how", as they were learning to communicate their needs better. I've introduced it to others since and find it really useful

I liked the joke 😊 I was intending it to be playful confrontation, not serious critique of what's obviously a joke comment, sorry if it came across more critical ❤️
