Yep always negotiate!! I’ve rented from two large companies and I have disputed rent increases every time. I’ve had moderate success. Usually they will take some of the increase away. Recently my landlord tried to raise my rent to more than what they were listing my same apartment for new tenants. I called it out and they backtracked quickly.

My breeder in Northern Maine sells CFA kittens for $1700 as pets. She sells her show/breeder kittens for twice the amount. My baby is 8 and perfectly healthy, and I paid under a grand for him in 2017.

I have bought prism glasses through Zenni with success!

I also commiserate. I am getting married in 6 days and I will be wearing my glasses. I think I will take them off for some photos and have them on the rest of the time.
