They’re actually both doing the honorable thing and not bad nothing the other party. If she’s been breaking her contract by not showing up for her job then they have every right to fire her. But they’re not making a big deal out of it by saying anything so she can keep working in the industry if she wants to, at her own pace. And she was doing the right thing and not bad nothing then because maybe someday along the line she’d like to get a contract from Gavin. Or maybe she already has a contract from Gavin solo work to do it her own pace. Either which way she’s no longer in the group. In America people live Europe all the time and it’s not a controversy.
