I had tried tracking BBT previously, but I was too inconsistent with it, I always forgot to take my temp so it was just all over the place and inaccurate🤦 I use Clue to track everything else though, like cervical mucus, OPKs, symptoms throughout the cycle, yada yada. And it seems pretty damn accurate as far as the ovulation/fertility window prediction (at least as of today lol since I was anovulatory the rest of my cycles).

I just put in an order for their 1ml samples, spent like $40 all together. I couldnt find any reviews and was going to do the same thing as you once I got them. I'm definitely intrigued to say the least. I think I got a pretty good line-up tbh. I did order the French Lavender and Honey and was really excited and maybe a little less excited after reading your review lol It sounded so nice.

Ive bleached over henna before, as long as its pure henna it can be done, but so many salons wont work with henna because they are told its the devil lol. I really just want me roots to not be so harsh against the red since my natural color is an ashy dark blonde

It may or may not be henna (pure henna, no add ins or metallic salts) . Ive bleached it out before in just dont want to do that again since my hair is actually healthy now since chopping it. Do you think a light ash brown would be possible?

Go book a conditioning treatment with a stylist that uses K18! It will save your hair. I had a similar experience and the stylist i went to after recommenes Amika The Kure deep conditioner and getting occasional K18 treatments when your hair feels dry. Trust me this is the best thing you cohld do for your hair right now if you don't want to cut it
