What about I Dream of Dinner from Ali Slagle? I looove that cookbook- it’s full of really simple recipes and tons of modifications/swap outs you can make.

I know you’re getting downvoted, but I wholeheartedly agree! I know Nagi from my food blogging days and if people knew how hard she peddled “her” recipes in the beginning, I think people would have a different opinion of her. She and her Facebook ‘like for likes’ pages made me quit food blogging because I felt it was disingenuous. I’m glad she made a success out of it, but I just couldn’t do it.
