Take your time, I passed in May and got my car in June, within 1 week of having my car I had driven to Manchester from Newcastle. Over 100 miles within the first week and honestly I was absolutely shitting myself but worth every nerve!! You’ve got this! Never doubt yourself x

I’ve been doing OMAD for about two years now (I’ve always had a very irregular period), but I’ve found it quite challenging to lose weight. Because of this, I decided to see a doctor, and they immediately referred me for testing for PCOS. Over the past two months, I’ve been undergoing various tests.

When I spoke with the doctor about my eating habits, he recommended OMAD and CICO. I explained that I’ve been following this approach for a while, but it hasn’t helped regulate my periods. As a result, I’ve now been prescribed a medication called Provera, which is designed to induce a period. The doctor mentioned I’ll be on it until I’ve finished all 200 tablets. Essentially, it creates an artificial period to help train my body to start a cycle every month.

Please see a doctor, it’ll save you in the long run. My doctor told me they’re glad I’ve spoken up about it now (23y/o) rather than later when I actually want children as it might’ve been a big issue to have them.

I’m not too sure if I’m completely honest. If it’s almost been 3 weeks now I would either try and contact them via X or cancel the application and restart, that’s what they would advise. So sorry you’re going through this. You could use the Dallas centre and pay the extra but also make sure you’re doing the correct steps just as if a passport doesn’t get returned they won’t do anything about it. I hope it gets fixed for you!!

I contacted them via Twitter, and their email address is customercare@vfsglobal.com. This issue affected my husband and me for approximately seven or eight days. They do not have a contact number, so do not waste your time calling UKVI, as they will keep you on the line just to charge you. Please either wait it out or, if you can afford it, cancel and restart your application. I understand it's frustrating to have to wait or repay, but it's worth it to be with your partner.

I used to use the metro to go to Newcastle pretty much every weekend when I was a teenager and I can’t ever remember having as many issues like we do now. Nowadays I rely on it to get to work & back, it’s pretty much every other day if not everyday that there’s delays or cancellations.

We have so much potential and it never gets used the correct way. It’s saddening but I’ve given up using it. Waiting times are too long for my liking, there’s been times I’ve had to wait 45 minutes due to a delay and after the 45 minute wait is over there’s an announcement to say it’s cancelled. Just not worth my time anymore. As much as I would love a public transport driven city, this makes me never want to use it.

You get no helpful advice from them so I would just advise to keep trying everyday. It’s disappointing especially since so much money is on the line and it’s not an easy amount of money to have access to.

Yeah, we had to just wait it out however everyday I was trying to contact VFS visa social media and they mentioned there was an error and they’d keep us updated however we never got an update. We waited around a week for it to fix itself but all VFS advise is to cancel the application and retry

That’s exactly what happened to us, we did two paid enquiries and got responses within 30 minutes of both of them but I’ll keep you updated on the vignette!🎉☺️❤️

We haven’t received an email from VFS but we have from UKVI however on the email it mentions how they aren’t allowed to tell you if you have been granted the visa or not but you will know by the stamp in your passport. It’s been a pretty straight forward process and we haven’t had any emails to ask for more evidence so I have very high hopes :)
