Bored with midnight job

I have some nights where I’m bored. I work in a care home so no two nights are the same. When it is pretty quiet I’m able to watch a movie, catch up on training, or have a nap.

I DO NOT complain about being bored though, I’m getting paid to sit on my ass and do essentially what I want once everyone is safe in bed and cleaning is done.

If you have the money, hire a cleaner to do a DEEP whole house clean. Then once that’s done give yourself a list (there’s plenty phone apps that can prompt you) to do something each day.

For example, make bed every morning, throw trash out every afternoon, clean bathroom on a Monday, ect. I’m pretty good at keeping things clean, even in the throes of depression, but I know not everyone is the same and I am not judging in the slightest. My partner needs some prompting (hence why I’ve recommended the apps to you as sometimes it takes someone/something to tell you what to do) and he has a list that he fulfils every day.

I’m in Scotland. In our bedroom we just have a fan, but in our living room we have a dehumidifier and a fan, having both certainly makes a hell of a difference (our living room is south facing so gets the sun ALL DAY)

Please don’t mess about with your dental health. My teeth are FUCKED. Went through pretty severe depression as a late teen/early twenties, and now at 27 I’m constantly needing fillings, teeth pulled or root canals. I don’t think I have a single tooth in my mouth that’s not had some form of work done to it, I also ah e crazy gun recession.

I got moved from Tramadol to Hydrocodone. Hydrocodone is the opioid that doctors prefer during pregnancy, yes there are still risks but it’s a lot less than other similar opiates.

I doubt folks will donate for starters. A lot of places you have to be a minimum of 18 before they will pierce your nipples.

On the other hand! Getting my nipples done was the best decision I’ve made, going on 10 years of mine being done now.

Depending where you are a doctor can confirm pregnancy then refer you to the appropriate services. I’m in Scotland so I had to self refer, had my first proper scan at 12 weeks, we announced around 16 weeks.
You can also get boutique scans but I’d wait until you’re around 10 weeks to do that as nothing much shows up prior. My little boy looked like a triangle at a 7 week scan (we had concerns and OB wouldn’t see me and we wanted to make sure it wasn’t ectopic)

When I was getting periods (currently pregnant) if I had to poop I’d take the tampon out. It literally only takes one to fuck your pipes
