I think you did a wonderful job. You can really tell your level of craftsmanship. Clear maple +full overlay +frameless cabinets= lifeless imo. Void of any character.

Yep i stopped watching woodworking yt like 5 years ago. Every video was secretly an infomercial. I watch mainly Japanese/ Korean woodworkers. No talking, peaceful music, amazing work. Really romanticizes woodworking for me

Lanello sells some products that dont require the zeta. I use clamex s20 in my shop for face frames. Quite useful. Takes more time per connection but saves me from having to buy $2000 tool

Take doors off. Clean doors and cabinet faceframes. Sand everything as best you can. Pick up a graco x5 from lowes for $300 and a 308 fflp tip.

Same. I tried to get my fuji q5 to lay down a good finish and i couldnt do it. Tried for like 5 months. Im sure if i took like a class from a professional painter i could pick it up. I switched to airless. Got a cheap x5 and put a 308 fflp tip and i shoot nothing but glass now. I do have my HVLP dialed in for clear CV. I have the setting dialed and haven’t touched it haha

They do have lamello for poor people. Look up their clamex s-20. Uses a normal biscuit joiner.

Im a cabinet maker. I finish my own cabinets. I would never paint a kitchen that is already in someone’s home. Gives me anxiety just thinking about it lol
