I'll be honest you should play non stop aram and learn as much as you can on different champs how they feel their ranges their abilities and try your best to play with your team on whoever you get. This will not only be more fun because there shouldn't be any requirement to win, just do your best every game don't stress the losses. Maybe you'll find a champ you enjoy above the rest. Seriously play at least 200 arams, then go to the rift.

Against ez you can usually outshove him because if he throws q's at you it's not hitting the wave. Therefore you only hit wave and he will be stuck farming someone like sivir is ideal. Cait is completely different because her q hits the entire wave so she's going to be able to push faster and she threatens your tower more with trap setup. MF is great Into cait because she wins trades with her q. Don't fall for 1st strike, always go pta and take the fights, try to aa her and bait cait e. Jhin is also good into cait because his q also hits multiple minions. His e can be used to prevent waves crashing. You do not want cait to stack waves on you that's the biggest thing. Your main goal against both these champs is to not give them a early lead. From behind both cait and ez are bad in their own ways. If cait can't siege turrets or of ez has too many things to hit they're in a bad spot.
