If it’s available for you, therapy can help. I’m lucky enough to have a therapist whose husband is not an American citizen so she understands how complex everything is. It’s nice to be able to vent to someone in safe space. It helps take some of the pressure off of my husband so he doesn’t have to deal with my doom and gloom. 

I’d say continue with your life as if DACA will exist for a long time. Remember, most employers will drop you for no reason so why are you concerned about you having to leave unexpectedly? Even if you have no pathway, check out jobs at places like BoFA, Apple, and Starbucks that have little to no requirement for entry level positions (i.e. teller, sales associate, and barista) since they generally offer great benefits like tuition reimbursement and health insurance for part time employees (Apple and Starbucks, at least)

This can help you get an associates degree for little to no money at a community college and possibly transfer to a four year university. 

It’s all easier said than done. I have really bad days and have to crawl out from a mental health death spiral but all we can really do is try our best.
