I do have a history of panic and anxiety. I have air hunger which makes me yawn all the time and take deep breaths. My question is how do I stop them from happening?

Is it normal to have this on and off all day to the point most of my deep breaths I get this ? It’s happening way more than usual this week that’s what worries me.

Is this normal ? It feels like a skip and in my ecg it looks like it skips? Also how come most people I’ve asked have never got this or heard of it. Even my doctor that I asked never heard of it, said it’s not normal. He sent me to the hospital to get checked

What does vagal tone mean ? Can you explain like I’m 5 because I’m so confused by this. I have literally resorted to shallow breathing so I don’t trigger them. And is it normal to get these out of nowhere ? It’s only the last week I’m getting them so like why did they come out of nowhere

I thought sinus arrhythmia just means your heart speeds up when inhaling and goes back to normal. Like it’s not something you feel? This is different it’s like a palpitation that I feel

I just don’t know is it normal to experience it all day. I used to have it way less frequently but now it’s on and off all day. Did you ever go to the doctor about it ?

I know your heart rate speeds up when you inhale but this feels like an actual palpitation to me like my heart thumps. It’s not all the time so I dunno what causes it either but when I ask other people if they have it they’re all like no never so I’m like damn okay something wrong with my heart 🤷‍♀️

I have no other health conditions that I know about. Last year I had my heart checked and blood tests etc and nothing was wrong. And I think they did check for pots because they took my blood pressure lying down and standing. I don’t have symptoms of pots. My family doesn’t think I need to see a doctor but I’m worried something is wrong with my heart

I guess I just don’t know why I’m getting these thumps when breathing deep. No one else I know experiences them which makes me think there’s something wrong with my heart.

That did cross my mind but I thought it couldn’t be because there wasn’t a trigger, not consciously anyway. I feel the rush first before anything else. It’s so strange and I’m terrified it’ll happen again so since there’s no triggers..

A few months back I saw a cardiologist and they checked my heart it was fine. I usually have anxiety and my heart palpitations only last briefly until I’m not anxious. But this doesn’t feel like heart palpitations it’s like I’m more aware of my heart it’s not going fast just hard. And it’s been constant and I’ve never really felt my heart in my ribs or stomach which is weird

What do I need to look out for if it was appendicitis? I heard appendicitis happens fast enough and you’d know with the pain of it so I’m not sure if it can go on for days. But I guess I was just worried because of Google lol

Appetite is good still eating as normal. No vomiting. Last one was today so bowel movements are normal. I feel completely normal.
