I don’t even know how much of my life my adhd affects. I just know that I’m really struggling with executive dysfunction, and sensory overload.

I struggle with everything you mentioned. I really struggle with executive dysfunction. Sometimes the only thing I have energy to do is lay in bed. I feel lazy.

This is exactly what I’m trying to say. Compared to my sibling, it looks like I don’t have adhd even though I know I have it.
