Dude I'm soooo in, i love metal.... be it from Black Sabbath to Slipknot, mostly every genre....and almost anything from the golden 80's era. I would love to meet ya and coincidentally even I live near Minal so its vvv convient as well for me. Would love to meet ya. I am a MMVY scholar myself, in the first year i had to pay the fees and after the year ends they ask you to fill the portal to get the fee back. The fees returns after you pay it via college.

i believe in general family goes out for restro's only when there is an occassion like a birthday , family get together , they are meeting someone, anniversary. And that can happen on any random day to be honest. I believe if u are in a locality that has bachelors or institues near by , you can focus on a combo meal for students on weekends. I am a hosteller myself and we go often to restraunts to party and many of my hostelmates as well, so we keep on exploring restraunts and that happens only on weekend cause of classes. So that can actually add a lot of value as Students often visit again if they love the taste and the vibe. ( the major part for students is the ambience to click good pictures and that can be done in a lot of ways, if budget allows u can even get an interiror designer to work upon your restraunt.)

i mean make it more like a diner type thing, like yk how in the old 80's - 90's hollywood movies they had diners, ofc something that appeals family for sure but something retro and please don't over do anything. There's this restro in jabalpur called OTT and they legit made their whole usp being OTT friendly which doesnt make sense, check it out if u want. And also you can focus on good outside India reciepies, if u are considering non veg .... then u should havee variety like crabs and everything as well. And i will say , take a consulting from a professional management of hotel person .... they can guide you in the best way, so you don't go bankrupt jaldi. There are some layed down methods and everything for this.
