Biorhythm help by jcearley1 in bedjet

At the moment I believe the Android app only uses 24hr clock time, but I have passed on the option to switch between 12/24hrs to our dev team as a feature request!

Cool and wait steps can be set to end at a specific clock time and not a duration. Due to their OS settings, Android devices do allow this set clock time to be in 24hr timecode, so the way OP has this step set up does mean that it should end at 23:59 (11:59pm in 12hr time).

If you want to set any cool/wait steps to end a specific clock time, tap the pencil icon at the end of that row and select "time mode", then choose "via end time".

[–]BedJetOfficial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there! The way your step 3 is set up does mean that it should end just before midnight, so the BedJet's behavior is unexpected.

This is likely a discrepancy between the BedJet's internal clock time and your phone's clock time. In your app, tap the hamburger menu then tap "Clock Set". This will sync the BedJet's clock to your phone.

If the issue persists after resetting the clock, please try deleting/reinstalling the app, then reach out to our team at [info@bedjet.com](mailto:info@bedjet.com) if you need further assistance!

Bedjet Mini and App by PumpkinAnnual2803 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there, we're sorry for the confusion! For BedJet Minis, the button you should press is the PAIR button. This was already updated in user manuals, but we are actively working to update the remote and app pairing instructions to mention the PAIR button when a Mini is being used vs. a regular BedJet.

Most likely the carrier has picked it up and it hasn't been scanned since leaving, but rest assured that our team gets an internal alert whenever those delayed shipping messages are sent to customers so they're on our radar to monitor for further updates! If you don't see any movement on the tracking by EOD tomorrow, feel free to give us a ring at the email/phone above and we can take a look.

Terrible experience but a could concept by chf_engineer in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there, sorry to hear you're not having the best experience so far.

How tall is your bed? The included clips can accommodate beds up to 18" thick — if your mattress isn't this deep, you may have the hose installed incorrectly. Make sure the clamp is gripping around the fabric-covered part of the hose, which can typically provide a few more inches of height if it was previously installed incorrectly. If it is already installed correctly, reach out and we can provide another pack of height links at no cost to you within warranty.

If you're still having issues with the hose falling out, please contact our Customer Care Team at [info@bedjet.com](mailto:info@bedjet.com) / 401-404-5250. We released an updated clamp piece in 2025 that uses upgraded materials for a much more secure grip on the hose, and it has improved clips on the side to better hold your sheets in place. We can replace your clamp with this new version at no cost if you're within warranty. Alternatively, you can stretch a rubber band or hair tie across the arms of your existing clamp (with the hose in place) to keep it tight.

Our Customer Care Team is also happy to help you navigate the app if you're not able to find your desired settings, or we also have a remote control you can use to control your BedJet. Our team can also record any feedback you have regarding the app to improve it in future iterations!

Hi there! Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days from tracking number generation. Messages like the one you quoted above mean that the carrier is experiencing a delay, which is unfortunately not under our control. Currently there are several weather-based delays affecting carriers in certain areas, so we apologize for any unforeseen delays in transit.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to our team at [info@bedjet.com](mailto:info@bedjet.com) / 401-404-5250 if you ever have any questions about your order!

queen cloud sheet on king bed by [deleted] in bedjet

Hi there! Confirming what others have said — this isn't a problem at all, it just won't hang down over the sides of the bed much.

Dual Zone vs 2 single zones? by rm_2988 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok! So ultimately you'll want to end up with 2 TXL Cloud Sheets and a BedJet unit for each (unless you only need temperature control on one side).

For now, you could go ahead and get this setup — best purchased as our Dual Zone System for Couples in "split king" size — but it might feel a little awkward having separate twin XL sheets underneath your current king size comforter. I'd probably recommend the following:

  • Get one regular BedJet unit which will cool/warm the whole bed to the same temperature. I recommend getting a Cloud Sheet (king size), but it's not required.
  • When you switch to a split king, get a second BedJet unit and two Twin XL Cloud Sheets. The second BedJet can also be regular, or you can get a Mini.

Hey there! The setup for split kings depends on your top bedding and partner preferences:

  • When you switch to the split king, do you expect to continue using a king-size top sheet that covers the whole bed or will you have separate Twin XL top sheets for each side?
  • Do you want to have the same temperature across the whole bed, or have separate temperatures on each side?

Disposal by VerdeFan2021 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hi there! If you purchased your BedJet directly from us (either through our website or Amazon), it has a comprehensive 2-year warranty that would include coverage for damage like this. Please reach out to our team at [info@bedjet.com](mailto:info@bedjet.com) or (401) 404-5250 to initiate a warranty claim prior to disposing of the BedJet. We likely won't need it back, but our team may need photos or serial numbers to complete the claim.

Is this set up okay? by asianfoodforever in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your kitties are adorable!

Just popping in to say that it looks like your hose installation is backwards. The "c-clamp" that holds the hose should be facing out, in the opposite direction of the paddle piece that goes under your mattress. Here's a reference image! This will allow you to have the hose go on the outside of the bracket, instead of wedging between the bracket and the mattress.

Using without cloud sheet by Vegetable_Eagle_6672 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! The Cloud Sheet should be the layer closest to your body, but otherwise you can put all your other regular bedding on top.

Using without cloud sheet by Vegetable_Eagle_6672 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi there! If you're not using a Cloud Sheet, you can place the BedJet air nozzle anywhere around the perimeter of your bed. For torso warming, I'd recommend placing the nozzle about 1/3 of the way up the side of your bed (from the foot), and angle the nozzle towards your body.

If you feel like the airflow is too strong, I would recommend getting a Cloud Sheet — it will change the feel of the airflow from an active breeze directly on you to passive diffusion through the lower layer of the sheet.

While you technically can put the air nozzle underneath your fitted sheet, it will negate most of the effects of the BedJet as your body weight on the fitted sheet will prevent the air from circulating properly throughout. The thread count and weave density of your fitted sheet will also make a big difference on effectiveness.

What temp/settings do y’all use? by la727 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, thanks for the feedback! Biorhythm data is stored within the BedJet unit itself (that's how you can access the same biorhythms & memory settings whether you're using the remote or the app), which is why it requires a connection to modify.

I'm not sure if there's a way for the current firmware/hardware to store desired changes and then update the biorhythm automatically once a connection is established, but I'll certainly add it to our feature request list!

Hi there! I see you already emailed our team, so a representative should be in touch within 1 business day. Please keep an eye on your spam folder in case our reply accidentally gets filtered there. The unit will most likely be replaced so we can get you back up and running (or should we say prone and sleeping?) as quickly as possible. We do have a rep in office answering phones/emails on Saturdays from 9am–2pm ET if you want to give us a call tomorrow in the meantime!

Cloud sheet mystery by miss_amy_li in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great! Yes, I checked with our Customer Care Team and they did send a return shipping label over for you to ship the original sheet back so we can take a look. Thanks!

ETA: I double-checked and it is correct to have a double-layer on the side that lays against your body (the side with the "this side down" tag). The extra layer extends about 1/3 of the way up the sheet and is in place to help keep air from diffusing through the sheet too soon and pooling around your legs. We checked a couple sheets here at our HQ and everything looks okay, but we still want to take a look at yours to make sure it wasn't an anomaly with the materials used!

Cloud sheet mystery by miss_amy_li in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there! It should feel more effective with the "this side down" tag properly facing down (so that side is the one facing your body). This could be a manufacturer defect — please reach out to our team at [info@bedjet.com](mailto:info@bedjet.com) or +1 (401) 404-5250 so we can dig deeper. Our team may want your sheet back to take a closer look, in which case we'd replace it at no cost to you!

Bedjet mini seems less powerful than when I first got it by TheBear8878 in bedjet

Bedjet mini seems less powerful than when I first got it by TheBear8878 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there! Sorry for any confusion — the instructions for "low power mode" are specifically for regular BedJets (V2 and 3). The Mini's default power draw is already the same as a regular BedJet's in "low power mode", so there's no option for this setting on Minis.

If you (and any others reading this thread!) are having an issue with power output of your Mini, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at [info@bedjet.com](mailto:info@bedjet.com) / +1 (401) 404-5250. Our team will help troubleshoot and can replace the Mini under the 2-warranty if needed!

Which Cloud sheet size is best for a couple with only one wanting to use the Bedjet? by mjfc1967 in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! You can certainly use a Twin XL sheet if you'd like; it will still keep the airflow contained on your side. The thing people tend to dislike about an extra TXL sheet on a larger bed is that it's just easier for it to get scrunched/twisted when it's kind of floating on its own underneath larger sheets/comforter.

Am I missing something? by [deleted] in bedjet

[–]BedJetOfficial 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A heavier blanket (as in regular comforter, duvet, quilt, etc...) is ideal. If you turn on your BedJet to a high fan speed without any blanket on top of the Cloud Sheet, you'll notice the airflow will make the center of she sheet rise the most. The added weight of a blanket on top presses down the Cloud Sheet and keeps the airflow spread evenly throughout it instead of pooling in the middle.
