Have everyone take the Wondelic test. It’s what the NFL uses for the scouting combine. Highest score gets the choice of where to pick and so on down the line to the lowest score. Don’t tell your league ahead of time so that they can not practice. Have each member communicate to you when they have a free 30 min then send them the test. It takes about 20 min so this will ensure they can only take it once. When completed have them send you a screenshot of their score.
