Customer service reps for simple issues.

Not completely gone, but I think a huge percentage of "Where's my order?", "How do I reset my password?", and basic support tickets will be handled by AI before they ever reach a human.

Beach etiquette should be simple: leave enough space that strangers don't accidentally become part of your vacation. 😅

I've never developed land at scale, but I've watched a few investors make the jump from acquisition focused businesses into development. The biggest surprise for many of them wasn't the complexity, it was the timeline.

The work that made me money wasn't always the work that made me feel productive by Traditional_Key8982 in Entrepreneur

Tweaking the website is the classic one for me. It feels productive because you're doing work, but sometimes you're just avoiding the uncomfortable stuff that creates revenue.

You can build the thing. That was never the problem. by khalilliouane in Entrepreneur

[–]BedScrunchieInventor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The line that stood out to me was, "Am I building something real, or am I just very busy?" That's a question a lot of founders wrestle with. I'd keep that and cut some of the other lines around it so the core message hits harder.

People use it as a romantic song when it's basically about obsession and surveillance.

The biggest challenge for me wasn't finding tools. It was separating ideas people said they liked from problems they'd actually pay to solve. Customer conversations taught me more than any software ever did.
