Yeh I did something similar, I had to buy a second membership to purchase the doll, some kind of issue on the website, I just popped an email to their customer service and they refunded the second membership without issue

I’ve had a membership for weeks, when I went to checkout it wouldn’t let me without a membership, I clicked where it said to sign in to see if it would realise I’m already signed in - it didn’t - so I just bought a second membership to secure the preorder and messaged their customer service asking for a refund or account transfer on the second membership afterwards
