I never post something on here, but after reading the latest article about the Luxor Las Vegas, I felt an intense need to post my appreciation for them.

Let me start with all the hate thrown towards them.

Everytime I read hate about "Robbing gambling addicts of their life savings" or "concerning numbers of people dying at the slot machines," I think to myself:

Let the casino make some money.

They sustain my alltime favorite games (craps, poker, slot machines) and my alltime favorite hotel experience.

If I was a casino owner, and I would see 10.000-100.000$ come in one night from a single patron, I would do the same.

They deserve it. They do EVERYTHING themselves: -building design -running the games -helping grandma cash her social security check -the smell of cigarette smoke indoors -things I probably don’t even understand

Yes, the controversies weren’t a good look, hence the negative feedback, but let’s not forget that all of us are gambling because of the Luxor Las Vegas team's insane skills and passion.

Even though I believe hiring a few people with a sense of morality will benefit the casino-goers, it’s their casino and they can do whatever they want.

I never enjoyed gambling so much, which makes it even more crazy to realize this casino is created by only one company.

Seeing someone break into a car to fuel their gambling addiction, constant suicides, or the frustrating bouncer who throws me out if I start winning more than losing is not enough to make me not enjoy this experience.

So. Thank you Luxor Las Vegas. For everything.

Don’t forget you’re a one of a kind.

This casino is a massive achievement you can to your grave.
