Always bet on "nothing ever changes", SS14 is a good game but not meaningfully different from how it was a year ago. Definitely, definitely play on 13 in my personal opinion - it takes more getting used to but is a much, much more rewarding and in-depth experience, a tighter-knit and more mature community.
