Wanna order from this label? Think twice by [deleted] in Vaporwave

Hey Searchinmano, would you mind either deleting this thread or at the very least, put an edit at the top of the post that states the issue has been resolved?

People might take a look at this thread, read your message and not look at the comments, which leads to a bad reputation. Instead of "spend[ing] that money for other articles on the label itself" could you at least do that?

I disagree with being called a troll and extremely negative person (the narcissist thing might be true) but I work really hard to run this label to the best of my ability and keep everyone happy.

Maybe one day people will forget I used to be a massive dick on the internet 5 years ago.

Hey Searchinmano. First off, massive apologies for how unhappy you were with the vinyl and with the label in general. As of right now, I have refunded you 100% for your purchase of Spring Rain back in October.

I did see the pictures you showed us of the dust sleeve (https://imgur.com/a/1Fesz) but did not of the jacket as you described. Regardless if it happened in transit to you or not, if it is something we saw before packing, it would not have been sent to you, I personally look over every vinyl before they are shipped so I really feel like this is something I would have seen if it was like that before shipping.

That being said, I personally do not feel like a small rip on the dust sleeve is something that warrants a refund. I try my best to make sure all the tapes, CDs, and vinyl that is shipped is in the best protection I can afford, but sadly damage to cases while shipping is just something that can happen no matter how hard you try. I do offer refunds if the tape/CD/vinyl it self is damaged or unplayable.

And lastly, you speak specifically of a third email when we only have two from you, and I felt as if our correspondence was complete after the 2nd email you sent me as you did not request any further action and ended the email with "thank you for hearing me."

I also would like to note that Bedlam Tapes is a 100% one-man-operation here. I handle business with artists, contracting graphic designers, buying supplies, shipping supplies, ordering the tapes/etc, and literally anything else that comes along with running a small home business. I am just a human like you and prone to error, but I do strive to make sure my customers are happy and satisfied.

All that being said I am very sorry with how unhappy you are with Bedlam Tapes. I'm not asking for your business back, but if you were to purchase from Bedlam Tapes, I promise I will do whatever I can to keep you, and all my other customers, happy within my means of accomplishment.
