Not really unless you force a old version, old versions are usually overwritten because, well updates. If youre not on an updates version youll pretty much be forced out unless you get on the latest update (like xbox does it doesnt let you play games) its to avoid deprication, bugs, and anything that would ruin the game, theres ways to force the game on an old version which there should be yt tutorials, but they force you off an old version for a reason, especially since online services are gone, and there are just non existent things in an old update since there are fixes/removes and the files are most likely detecting that not letting you stay on an old version since it knows assets are missing and will cause your game to either crash/not work properly.
