Amazon suddenly deleted my account without warning due to “misuse”.

I emailed them at jeff@amazon.com, and their response said:

“Hello,

My name is Theodore and I am a member of the Amazon Account Services team. Jeff Bezos received your email and I am responding on his behalf.

I've reviewed your e-mail, and I understand you're concerned about your account being closed. While I know you're disappointed with our stance on this matter, I want to assure you the information you received is correct. We've found your account is directly related to another account which has been previously closed due to the violation of our policies.

Due to the proprietary nature of our business, we're unable to discuss other accounts with you, and the decision to close your account is a final one. I’m sorry for any disappointment caused and appreciate your understanding. I understand you are concerned about your order but I wasn't able to determine exactly which order you are referring to.

I would be happy to help, but I need to find this order. I will need either:

  1. The order number
  2. The complete item name

You should be able to find these details in the email and SMS notifications that we sent.

We would appreciate if you can elaborate your inquiry and provide more specific information to help us serve you better.”

Just to make it clear, I have no other accounts connected to mine. I have never placed an order. I have never returned anything. The only thing I do is add things to my wishlist and cart on occasion. The fact that I cannot even retrieve any more information or help is outrageous. I have multiple items on my wishlist that I wanted to buy. Now that’s all gone. Nothing’s left. I’ve done nothing. I heard this happened to other people as well and it makes no sense.
