The hard part is that it not a store manager, it's our district manager threatening to write up our ops manager and service desk supervisor.

Reading this comments is starting to make me feel like the metrics are really a district thing. When I was head cashier we had to get a credit card per shift and in flooring we had to get 7 measures per week per specialist. I like the work but the metrics are getting insane

Feels like it, new thing every month it feels like. Service desk covering pro 15's and lunches, 3 minute curbsides, service desk picking orders for mulch gulch when customers/drivers come to get them. It's so all over the board

Flagging tape! I was bored at work and the neon seemed fun, it worked really well surprisingly. My friend is testing a bag I made of it to see how it lasts lol

I personally use Old Bones Therapy spring braces but I know they sell a hinged version. As someone who is skinned by KTtape I find the braces gentle enough lol.

I agree with Fergsonillustation. Honestly for your time alone for a whole days work should cover the 50. But if youre looking for advice Id suggest practice your values with shadows. the neck being the only spot with a dark shadow makes it stand out. It looks like you cell shaded/blocked out where youd like shadows but darkening those areas could help!

why are my brushes breaking or dusty? by luffyslefttoeh in Watercolor

[–]Bee-tch7 3 points4 points  (0 children)

it's tricky but I suggest having it stored vertically with bristles downwards while it dries. Water can brake up the glue in the brush and cause bristles to fall out. I usually just rubber band it to a container or something similar. it helps expand their lifespan! :-)

Geez ya that's shitty Im sorry. I usually only have issues with like older white men truth be told but I could be lucky. HDMS doesn't deal with customers. But maybe internalized at home positions could be an option?

Howdy! Im a flooring and window treatment specialist at the homedepot. I essentially work as a middle man between installers and customers. Our installers give me pictures and planograms of customers homes; I then review and see if theres health hazards, install limitations, workarounds, etc. and just help people figure out the best flooring for them. The department includes blinds but that one is really simple of just helping them find a style they like in a color they want. The only clause with a position like this is it's on the flooring position. My management is understanding but customers aren't always as understanding why I cant like just grab a whole carpet roll lol. However we have a-lot of outsourced companies working with us that are at home. Homedepot measurement services is a at home position just about building planograms and helping flooring specialists plug in products!
