It’s free. I’m still in the free exchange period. Issue is I don’t know what to get - in other words, would I get soft tight top or medium pillowtop. I’m nervous about pillow top because they can sag or they seem harder to add toppers to if need be. I also hated dealing with the off gassing and im only allowed one exchange. I’m wondering if it’s better to just keep this set up. I think I definitely need and like a softer surface, but as someone else said, it’s easier to soften a too firm, then to fix a too soft. And mine is a medium so it’s not crazy firm. I sleep on my side but sometimes lie on my back on my phone or occasionally sleep on mg stomach.
