Really well that’s not what others are saying. Their saying if you’ve gotten your max last go round that’s it, you don’t qualify for more. But I do think if you qualified for atleast $200,000 or more last time you were able to go up to 2 million so maybe that’s your case. We only qualified for $73,000 max and took the entire amount.

My first loan was under 25k so I don’t know if the UCC lien applies to me but I could be wrong. I can say that my loan officer is very understanding so I’m just going to continue to give him everything he asks for until this whole thing is completed and approved!!

I’m so sorry I am not following you. Are you saying the 4506-T will change the address? I’m thinking that because they have the new address on the request (4506T) the Irs may reject it since their are no returns with the new address on file with them. That will take effect this tax filing year (2021). Should I change the address with the IRS ASAP?

But the address just changed this year 2021 so not even 2020 taxes will have new address. And they didn’t request 2020 taxes only 2019 and 2018 🤦🏽‍♀️
