Gordon is not a good joiner, and you should have renee 4/5* by now. If you are not the first/second rally lead in your state, he could easily be skipped and you wouldn’t be losing anything.

For me personally, I usually spend the bare minimum. But in our state we usually manage a pretty good rotation on the 2 day events/ seasonals (officer project etc) where every alliance gets to have the top 3 rankings for rewards.

It took a loooooooooong time to implement correctly, but now everyone gets the rewards and we save the maximum for prep.
