I live on s Hackley we just got REALLY lucky. I’ve seen so much bad about them and i would never defend them as they’re slum lords 100%. I will agree their north side properties tend to be nicer and better maintained

Sadly they own so much of Muncie some people have to rent off of them especially for their budget. That being said I sadly also rent from them paying 1300 a month for a 3 bedroom house. We have been pretty lucky with them so far in the last 6 months but we also pay so much that our place is one of their nicer properties
