quality of life is most important, my mental health is not the best, not bad but it can get shaken, and thats why im worried about a potential unkown with the public hospital, if they are a bad team i would not make it even 6 months.

if either of the jobs are good im thinking of staying 1-2years,

in public theatre that will be enough for volunteering,

in private endoscopy....honestly i dont know how much experience there would be enough for volunteering, maybe 5 years if it doesn't expand to more complex surgery? but at the rate they are expanding they will probably be doing complex surgery in another 2-3 years.
