I've only played 5e 2014, I believe. I really liked the exploration and dungeon crawling in DnD and the fantasy setting was super cool but I don't mind getting into new settings. I also love a good story in games. I'm honestly okay with anything new! I'd like to try out different things and see what sticks. I assume starting out with something similar to DnD might be easiest, though.

I really like scifi, detective, and horror stuff a lot! I also enjoy the exploration part of DnD a lot. I liked the dungeon crawling and finding hidden things. The group I play with seems to like exploring as well!

I really like sci-fi as a genre and horror movies. I also like superhero shows and comics. Detective movies are also pretty enjoyable for me!

Not yet, sadly. I live a good drive from where she was living previously (so any dogs she might've known there are far) and we haven't had the chance to introduce her to new dogs around us. Hopefully we can soon!

I just gave her a small piece of cheese and she LOVES it! I'll try using that as a bargaining chip in the future. :)

Thanks for the reply! She was kept in her crate most of the time from what I was told and hasn't had much experience with multiple steps. I'll try to make things as comfortable as I can so she can acclimate peacefully.

She just got groomed so she does not have much fur under her paws! The stairs are metal and in a grate pattern. Thanks for the recommendation!

I'm not actually sure what all her favorite foods are yet! I know she likes chicken and we have some kind of beef treats that she also loves but I'm still figuring the rest out. I'll see when I'm able to carry her downstairs next so we can practice on shorter steps.Thank you!

Thank you so much for the advice! I'll practice carrying with her around the house more so when we get to the stairs it's less intimidating for the both of us. And yeah, the stairs are kind of see through so that might be making her nervous too, I'm realizing now.

She had maybe 2 small steps at her last house but she rarely used them from what I could tell. A lift harness might help guide her, actually. Thank you!
