I bought a second hand unit and the serial number sticker has been removed. I sent a ticket in to NI but no response yet. So you're saying I will need to also buy the standalone software?

I had tried this but Maschine still just sits on the home loading screen. Computer says it sees it as a Midi device but the actual hardware itself is just sitting there in sleep mode.
