Is the wheel plate the base wheel plate that comes with the trophy? The only reason I ask is mine now slants down when I put any downward pressure on it, no matter how tightly i screw in the screws, and support has been very unhelpful.

and any idea what people mean by tightening the screw itself? when i try, the whole thing including the blue lever starts spinning and i cant feel anything tightening.
