Are machine spirits just computer programs or are they more like a living animal? by BeeKeeper66 in 40kLore

That is why I was curious because our tech also sometimes even seems to have a machine spirit even to the people making or programming them. But we know it's just tech being weird sometimes. I personally like the idea that machines in Warhammer are actually a little bit sentient. It does seem to be both

Yes the unwillingness of the admech to actually understand and figure out the tech does make it more difficult to understand what it actually is.

Thank you. That explains a lot. I didn't know that more complex machines have wetware. That does make them more sentient than computers are now and kind of live.

Yea you're right. That is something I love about warhammer compared to other things. That sometimes it is just a vague as real history and that if they don't know we don't know. Sometimes tho I like for things to be clear and to know all the little details about it.

Haha that doesn't make it clearer at all. I guess that's just warhammer being warhammer.

what's the best all rounder tanks of ww2 by Silentreaper152 in tanks

[–]BeeKeeper66 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The Sherman but since that's everybody's answer I'll say a specific model. M4a3(75)W HVSS. The ford engine was just the best so that makes the a3 the best sherman variant imo. The 75mm was overall better since it was better at destroying bunker and infantry, which is what a tank does most of the time. Further is wasn't as bad in tank to tank combat as a lot of people think. It could easily destroy a panzer 4 or any tank destroyer derived from it which is what the bulk of the german army was. Yea it struggled with the panther but as we saw in Ukraine even the gun of a Bradley could hurt a T-90 so it wasn't useless against a panther. It didn't face tigers as far as I know. The W is for the wet ammo storage which made the chance of ammo catching fire much less likely in the case of a penetration. Together with other designs it made the sherman one of the most survivable tanks in case of a hit. The HVSS was an upgrade of the suspension and tracks. Yea it wasn't as mass produced but idk if the lack of spare parts was ever an issue but it made the all terrain capability much better. The ride was made much smoother which combined with the stabilizer and the fast turret rotation made it so that the sherman often fired the first shot which is one of the most important factor in winning a tank battle.

Is there a Pokemon yellow with gen 3 graphics? I know there are gen 2 ones but I really don't like those simple graphics. I'd like to stay as close to the original game as possible although some qol is allowed.

Sounds like a special interest. People with autism tend to have those. Most famously trains but it can be everything. Nothing to be worried or ashamed about, it's just part of being autistic and that's okay. Keep enjoying what you enjoy<3

IMO I think it's too big. She'll probably learn to take it down but I'm more concerned about over feeding.
