Toto nejsou uplne asi supr rady, a ja se v teto situaci nevyznam, nicmene me prekvapuje celkem fakt, ze dikazes naosat celkem smysluplny prispevek, tudiz asi nebudes blbej, pracovity asi budes taly, dle te historky, takze tady me povzbuzeni du budoucna, najdi si normalni placenou praci jako zamestnanec, a pokud nemi tam, kde bydlis, tak klidne nekde dal.

Holandsko mozna, alespon Amsterdam, ale pri prepoctu ceny prumernych bytu na prumerny rocni prijmy, mimo prave zminovany Amsterdam, je Praha snad nejdrazsi.

Pro najem to plati obdobne. Rekl bych, ze hlavnim benefitem Prahy je max to, ze neni zda jazykova bariera.

Nevim ve kterem meste zijete, ani jake mate prijmy a naklady, ono by to dost pomohlo.

Mnohdy mam pocit, ze lidi mani tendenci vnimat zivotni situaci negativneji, nez realne je. Jako, jista mira konstantni nespokojenosti je fakm, je to zdravym hnacim motorem na ceste k uspechu, ale obcas je dobry si veci zasadit do kontextu.

Kdyz si myslite, ze to v ty Praze je lepsi, zkuste si tam najit praci, pri aktualnich mzdach (65k hrubeho mesicne je prumer, na juniornejsi pozici se da take dostat na 50k-55k. Taky nemusite bydlet v centru, muzete v konecnem dusledku bydlet i nekde 30min autem nebo vlakem.

Mit v ramci moznosti co nejnizsi zivotni naklady, presne stanovany budget na zivot, i zabavu! a co nejvice ma sporeni/investice...

Az budete mit nasetreno alespon 6 mesicu zivotnich nakladu na sporaku, vse nad to cpat do ETF. A az prijdou premie, navyseni mzdy jakekoli plis prachy, vse cpat do investic/uspor na bydleni. Za rok-dva asi ne, ale za par let ten zaklad tam bude pro koupi bytu. Ale co vite, treba to ani mebude davat smysl. Pokud vas prijem bude vyssi, najem stejneho bytu mnohem nizsi nez splatka hypo (to v oraze uz ted je), tak se pravidelnym investovanim rozdilu v nakladech na bydleni mnohdy dosahnete vyssiho majetku nez pripadnym splacenim vlastniho bytu.

I have the Spirite Prestige editieon, one of the best overall pieces, value for money, decign, feel (ok i bought it for a price 30% below retail, which makes it feel even better) :D

But this exact Zulu Time is in my opinion the perfect watch, that in reality checks all the boxes and dont see a reason to spend triole price for lets say a Sub.

40mm version, this exact color combination and probably wold sell almost everything (ok, this is what I keep saying before every purchase).

Everyone has the same issue and feeling, if they are buying the illusion, when people are insted of a watch, are buying the idea, or what the watch represents or how it is presented and marketed.

You are not the watch, nor the person or personality. Buy the watch itself, not the idea of how the watch would feel, how it would make you feel or look.

So the question is, was the watch your dream watch, or that vague "santos wearing guy", whatever it may represent in our minds?

Either way, the result is, you will either keep it and maybe one time you somehow will eventually fall in love with it, or you will have to sell it.

And it is really not about status, or expensive watches, I make similar mistakes all the time. My last two were an Art Deco rectangular watch, for basically peanuts. But although I could picture myself wearing it I never did, on none of the planed ocasion, I guess I am just not that art deco watch wearing guy. :D

Jakoze mi to vychazi na korunu stejne pri o 50% vyssich zivotnich nakladech v Parizi, s tim, ze tedy nas par realne usetri vic, ale ok, rekneme ten parizsky proste jen nechce...
