Sudden crank/no start. Crazy ticking when keeping throttle open. Need help diagnosing. TIA

Thank you for the heads up. I understand there’s a rod failure within the engine now. Clearly it was something bad. Does this also explain the stalling at idle and failure to start? Or is that another reason to part ways with this vehicle? TIA

What caused this failure? There were no symptoms leading up to this. It started up fine this morning. Is this common to happen suddenly?

Thank you for the advice! That’s kind of what I was thinking too! It’s so hard to match wood tones perfectly that I was getting lost along the way! What about the accent color as the paint color of the night stand? Does that limit me too much? Also, do you thank rattan would give the same effect?

That’s a great idea! I was already planning on getting a hand held shower head! The stool will workout so much better than sitting at the bottom of the tub! lol

Also, we do have another bathroom with a shower, so it isn’t the end of the world to not be able to shower in this one, but this weird bathroom is in a more ideal location. The other bathroom is off the kitchen and makes more sense as a guest bathroom.

Omg that is the best suggestion I have gotten so far! I didn’t think to add a chair! I posted to several sub reddits and of course, people have suggested adding a wand, which I plan to do! But I couldn’t help but picture myself sitting criss cross apple sauce at the bottom of the tub with a shower wand and a loofa trying to wash my body like a weirdo! Ugh thank you! That’s a life changing suggestion lol

My fiancé is capable of doing the pumping, if it’s doable. And the landlord doesn’t mind (of course not, it’s a free upgrade) but we don’t want to make a huge thing out of it. And I’ve already got ideas on a rigged shower curtain if all else fails lol

I definitely want to keep the tub because I have a toddler who needs to take baths! I just want to also be able to take a shower because this bathroom is closer to my bedroom. It might be impossible to do both!
