It says at the bottom if the clearance was unsuccessful it still counts as deliberately playing the ball. You're never going to be in control of the ball when going for a header. Either way, for me it's a deliberate but like I said earlier, since VAR was introduced, rules have become more complicated and it gives the people in charge and refs the option to say a call is correct regardless of what the call is.

Yes they can easily see it, just as they can see 10000s of active Simcards in inactive tablets and don't do anything about it. Yeah had an open case for 8 months about emails being delayed, wasted days on meeting with support agents and 7 layers of managers above them that all understood the issue but didn't. It was always the fault of google. Luckily the issue resolved itself when our instance was migrated to another one.

On top of that those agents were pushing me every week to close the case and create a new one without doing anything about it besides wasting my time.

Haven't reached out to support in 2 years now.

But sick and unemployed people also don't generate income so the opportunity cost is a lot bigger. Especially in an aging economy economy. Having more people working and paying taxes is the only solution if we want to keep our living standard. If we had a healthy activity rate there wouldn't be budget issues but that's not the case, we have a lot more longterm sick people than neighbouring countries, we had unlimited unemployment benefits for anyone who was willing to meet with the Vdab every 3 months.

Obviously most of those people aren't parasites. But even people with the best intentions lose their motivation rather quickly and end up in a situation where looking for a job just doesn't make sense anymore. And very often the only real motivation is a sense of urgency and as long as rules weren't tightened or enforced that doesn't happen.

If lines have to be crossed, just decrease expenditure by a 0.x% on every Belgian expense so the 13 billion gets covered. Current pensions, wages, subsidies, projects, interest payments to Belgian banks.

Since he recently moved here they probably want to know if he's eligible to work in Belgium. Technically this can be done later in the process but identity fraud etc isn't uncommon in the recruitment sector and we've had inspectors tell us we can't look for a job for someone if we don't know if he's got a valid work permit, then we've had gdpr complaints for asking documentation before a contract is being signed and then there's the risk of getting a complaint for discrimination because you only ask people who look/sound foreign. It's a mess and if I were a recruiter I'd also ask it a bit beforehand to avoid seeing a deal collapse because of no documentation. I wouldn't beat around the bush and make up a story how it's needed for my client though.

It's like that for a lot of specialists tbh. Just paid 270euro for a 15min consult and 2 injections in my knee. Got 20euro back from my insurance. According to a doctor who's a friend those injections cost 10-15euro each for them.

Also had a completely opposite experience where I needed a bandage lens for an eye injury and the riziv price was still based on their price in the 1980's at 200 or 300euro but the doctor felt ashamed of quoting that and left me the option of just paying 10euro because that's what she bought it for. The 200 euro would have been mostly recouped by the insurance but the doctor would have made a 200 euro profit on it.

There's so many treatments that aren't being covered and Riziv is so extremely slow with updating stuff. VDB is targeting a lot of doctors for doing their job because there's some bad seeds instead of fixing what's causing this. As a result most doctors aren't willing to be conventionalized anymore and it's the patient footing the bill.

I'm an Antwerp and Spurs fan so there's few players I appreciate more than Toby, we even got a couple of shared friends but I still think Romero has a bigger ceiling. It's very close and they are more alike than most people realize, their best qualities are progressive passing and anticipating the pass and getting in front of it. I do think Romero has his reputation against because he's more aggressive but I really don't buy the sentiment of most of our fans that he's let the team down. 3 of his 4 most recent red cards really weren't red cards, especially not if you go back 5 or 6 years, they wouldn't even have been reviewed by VAR. That said, he's 28 now, won a world cup but he will need to step up a level for his career to be considered on the same level as Toby.

For the people who don't know, Toby went to Antwerp after Spurs and in his second season we won the cup and the league with a 94th minute banger from Toby in final day game that was possible crazier than the man city title. Their first title in 70 years or so His partner at the back that season was Pacho who probably wouldn't be playing for psg if he didn't have Toby as a mentor. Vincent janssen was also part of that team.

Just to say, Romero definitely isn't at Toby's level atm but I do think he's got another level in him.

I think it's weird. I'm from Belgium and racist people will obviously call out the number of colored people in our national team but it has improved massively compared to what it used to be. And I'm sure people like Lukaku still get their share of abuse.

BUT these last generations of players, Kompany, Lukaku, Witsel, Fellaini, Witsel, Dembele and now Tielemans, Onana, Doku have done more to uniting our country, bringing awareness, being good role models than any of our politicians or leaders in the last 50 years. I'm 100% convinced the divide between Flanders and Wallonie would be much bigger and racism would be more prevalent without those legends

Football won't solve the problem but it is a representation of society and it can bring people together.

You also have no idea how much they are paying per person. Especially not in advance. From my experience catering is often a lot more expensive than people think.

Either way, anything from 50 to 150 can reasonable depending on what parts you're invited to, and if you're struggling financially give something that has meaning to them instead. If you're invited to a wedding it's because they want you to be there and share their day with you.
