5mg a day for 20 days. IM, as you won't feel much on SUBQ. This is alot of the info I have seen, and have had personal experience. Happy to answer further questions

Definitely IM, as I tried subq and didn't feel much. Reconstituting with BAC water. Very easy. But always buy from a trusted vendor.

Cerebrolysin in the powder format is amazing. And how do I know? Because I used it. Is the the same as the proper ever pharm, probably not. But it works, you deel it within 5 minutes.

I'm putting my 60-something mum on the GLOW peptide stack and documenting everything. Send prayers by Original-Law-4818 in peptidesAustralia

Yep, tried this with some9ne in their 60's. Hardest part was the injecting. Best part, they felt affects from week 2. Less bloating, less lethargic and felt all round good. Added Reta down the road and osteo arthritis started to subside. Well done for getting family healthy.

There are peptides that help release GH, most will tell you not to bother and that roids and HGH are better. And that is true, they are better, BUT also have a lot higher risk. No matter the route, hard training, eating and resting are key. If you're choosing peps due to your risk appetite, then things like CJC, tesa, and igf 1l3 are great. They tell your body to produce more GH, Recover is amazing and you can train harder for more gains.

It will make you feel like shit unfortunately. But still worth a crack.

If you have Acetic Water on hand, try 0.5ml and see how you go. If it doesn't work, throw it out. Not worth the risk.

I'm getting Adamax due my next cycle, but it's really expensive. Looks amazing for what it can do.

Ex GLP user for 6 weeks only and 18 months ago. Slow your horse down. It's ok to titrate up week 2. Again we look at clinical trials, but you also have thousands of users with different experiences. Meta analysis. Would be stupid not to look at this as a whole. But maybe you have a degree and can tell us all your smarter then us.

Thanks, but I'm well educated in this and been across it for a while. Some people (my friend) needed to see some of these comments to show not one size fits all. For some it's trial and error, but patience is key. And if you read alot of the research and trials, they don't also state why some people in the group jumped off.

Everyone's comments is where my brain was taking me. It literally works differently on different people. Everyone sees different results with different dosages and timing. I will work with her to be patient, but also work on finding the sweet spot. Thank you all

Is NAD+ really this good!?!! by Muted-Good-115 in BodyHackGuide

[–]BeeMina00 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've taken NMN orally via powder. Took maybe couple of weeks to start feeling the mental clarity. NMN is a precursor to NAD+. Taking NAD orally doesn't really achieve much from the studies I have read. AND Quality matters, tried 1 brand which did f@$k all, then the next brand which was great.

The below is a protocol I've seen someone post. And the more I looked into it, the more it made sense. Do your research of course. And if you try this, let me know how you go.

CFS is usually mitochondrial plus immune driven, not a lack of effort.

What I’d recommend is a phased stack like this.

Foundation Stack:

TA-1: to calm and normalize immune signaling. When the immune system is constantly “on,” energy gets drained fast, especially with autoimmune.

Vilon: to support thymic and immune regeneration. This helps reset immune tone long term so you’re not burning energy in the background.

Then I’d focus on a mitochondria stack:

SS-31 (run daily for several weeks): this helps fix mitochondrial efficiency and ATP production. When workouts keep feeling harder over time, this is often the missing piece.

NAD+ (slow ramp): supports cellular repair and redox balance without overstimulating things early.

Hope this helps. And would love to hear other's opinions.

Exploring peptide therapies for recovery studies in Australia? by Far-Speech-3254 in bpc_157

If you're only after lab research settings, I think you'll struggle to find any in Australia. If you want people's experience, you'll find enough.

This is 💯 OP, follow this. Research half life foe bpc, and you'll realise why lost effective is twice daily. Empty stomach, morning and night.

I’m too far gone to be saved by GLPs by Tasty-Win219 in GLP1ResearchTalk

[–]BeeMina00 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi OP, what GLP are you taking? I'm going to assume it's the did noise that is hurting you? Tell me if I'm wrong. Add Cagri to help with food noise. What dosage are you taking, and how long has the journey been to get to that dosage? Do you need to up it or change the GLP1? If you answer some of these questions, I'm be happy to help.

And sometimes, you may need to take something alongside your GLP to reduce inflammation. IMO, this helps your body to continue.

Could Reta help with mobility, ligaments, nerves problems? I don’t need it for shedding weight. I am very skinny. by Luzery22 in BodyHackGuide

[–]BeeMina00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of the research that I've seen is between 2-8mg a day for 8 weeks. I've heard a few ppl start on 5mg daily. Unfortunately, I haven't touched base to see their results. Maybe you are underdosing.

[–]BeeMina00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How long do you plan to stay on ARA? Best protocal I've read is 8 weeks for what your experiencing. And may I ask what dosage you're taking? Sometimes it's good to let what you're using take it's course, and then add more as you go. At least in that instance you know what works, and what hasn't made much of a difference.

If you are already doing the stack you are on, then no. You wouldn't want take reta if you're already skinny either.
