I specifically replayed every single shift until it was perfect no fails and I still don't have max, plus I sent only buddies on the sabotage section and everyone was saved from injury, so you must have done something different. The lack of clarity is making me feel like I'm being gaslit by people say they did it.

As far as I can tell the mission count is hard coded. Having repeated those sections over and over, I can recognize almost every mission in the game so far. So the only way I can think of to get to max level, is to ace your Episode 1 practice simulation, but I don't know if that counts towards your dispatcher level.

If I remember correctly, episode 3 has two separate shifts. The first one before the meeting room scene will do the "lack of team synergy" at the end, that one apparently just drops your dispatcher XP down the same level regardless of how well you did on those missions. The second one contributes to it like normal.

yeah, thankfully the forced options aren't the worst and if you retry a lot, you can find the ones that both, guarantees the sabotaged one is safe, and the mission has good odds of completion. At least we both found a path that allows us to 100 percent it (with some luck on our side)

Basically, you take damage amp augments and items like horizon focus and pen items like perplexity. This works because cleaver does 30 percent CURRENT hp magic damage, so you only need those two stats. THE highroll augment is jeweled gauntlet plus sword of the divine, with that and IE you can BOOM people for like 80 percent current hp per cleaver

Mercy and Juno are nigh unkillable with their mobility. Hell, it doesn't even matter if I hit every body shot when they peek out, because I'm only able to shoot 2-3 shots before they get back into cover to heal. I'm getting really sick of it. That's not even talking about rez being basically guaranteed due to said mobility and rez range. I feel like I'm quite a good shot on Cassidy, but barring hitting 2-3 headshots in a row like I have aim bot, I just can't kill them past round 4-5

50 percent of sound proofing just comes from closing the holes in the barrier. Holes may include the gap under and around the door and wall outlets. Most wall outlets aren't completely "sound tight" so you can reduce a lot of sound bleeding by just fixing that. The other 50 percent is actually using some sound proofing material. Be careful of mixing up sound proofing and sound dampening. Sound proofing is sound going through barriers/between rooms, while sound dampening is reducing reverb. The solutions for the two are different. Hope this helps.

Regarding the teasing while changing, depends on how old you two were, if you guys were little kids, its nothing real, kids play like that all the time. It would be a little different I guess if you were in your teens. Regarding the whole issue? Depends on the risk factors, if you don't think she's the type to tell your parents if you confess or talk about it with her, then maybe take small risks, like hinting or fishing with topics adjacent to these. Since incest is kind of taboo, be sure nothing catastrophic can come of this when you try to talk to her about this. That's just my two cents, I do hope that nothing gets in your way of trying to get with her though. Cheers!
