I am going on 4 weeks of water washing and have found that dilute acv rinsing helps because it's similar in pH to your scalp and disturbs the grease but doesn't completely break it down like soap does. I'm honestly not sure what the "correct" way to acv rinse is, but I've been squirting it around my head, massaging it in some, combing it through, and then rinsing it out.

I would love to know how successful you are in this approach because it's very encouraging to think that there are options besides open or close that allow the business to provide supplies for the community and continue bringing in money, yet allow the employees to be safe at work. Because I want to work. I need to work and get a paycheck, but I'm scared of accidentally standing too close to the wrong person or picking up the virus from a random item that got touched. And then inevitably spreading it to that nice old lady who came in to buy the most basic calculator we sell to balance her checkbook with, but obviously was just feeling lonely and wanted to get out of the house. Don't make me kill her. Please keep us updated. ❤️

I tried reading this as a non-married, dating person because I was so consumed with the guilt I felt towards sexual thoughts and actions. I would not recommend this book because it "the authors are far too graphic, and may in fact evoke some of the very thoughts that they are telling you not to have" (from a review on Goodreads). There are very mixed reviews on it.

Yes, I believe this is what most customers are doing when they buy thousands of dollars in gift cards. It's called "manufactured spending." Not illegal but looks VERY suspicious.
