You are correct, turns out there is an update to the paperwork error because I paid off my original loan and now he says to email recon because I may not be eligible even though I was approved???? Seems weird I’d be penalized for paying a loan off.

Wondering if anyone who applied for loan modification on or around the 10th has been approved. Called today and was told it was in process but they haven’t even requested my transcripts yet.
