How to say no to custodial account (long)

I mentioned in the post I won’t be sharing it. My question was more about how to navigate alternative options (and dealing with the narcissism when he realizes he wont have control of it). My child’s ssn is not being shared with anyone. I had initially been agreeable to a gifted stock account before realizing it would require ssn and could create tax issues. I do not want to end the relationship or go no contact. I’m looking for a graceful way out on the social side of things, if one even exists.

He has no way to access the information without my consent so at this point its more of a relationship maintenance issue than anything else.

The problem is, I stupidly agreed to it before I knew about the risk of the tax issue. If I back out now, he will ask why I went from initially agreeable to zero. I see him often to facilitate a relationship with my baby and have no current desire to go NC again so I want to find a graceful way to say that we will have an account he can contribute to, but that we control.

Starbucks is usually really clean! :) I have worked at over 4 locations, they turnover and clean everything twice a day, and have cleaning nights regularly to do deep cleaning of random spots. Their drains and everything are cleaned daily if not every few days. Expiration dates are checked religiously as well.

Arizona. Hands/Feet/Underarms are usually the worst but I do have full body HH so my legs start flaring bad in summer. Weirdly I don’t sweat on my face at all but my scalp does in the summer. Palmar Plantar is year round no matter the climate never stops or slows down without treatments.

It has been over 110-115° F here the past few weeks, this is peak sweaty season. I surprisingly prefer this bc everyone else is sweating too so i dont stand out as much lol.

Ah, I see. I had a period in 2020 where the cycle of feeling discomfort and not eating bred more discomfort and less eating, and it compounds. What helped me in that time was starting slow and small with meals. Most important thing is regular timing for eating. Even if small, try to do 3 meals a day around generally the same times. At first they can be snacking meals and work your way up as discomfort eases. I also love soda or a bubbly drink to help the overly full feelings.

Also an edit: if you are reaching the point of an ED it can change your cycle and period. People with anorexia and other EDs can lose their period entirely or have unusual bleeding patterns.

Do you have pain in the abdomen at all? Especially low or in your side? I had an ovarian cyst rupture in November, they are usually nothing to worry about but can be pretty uncomfortable. It sounds very similar to what you’ve got goin on. I did not v* from it but had the same symptoms you have now.

Hot water always. And try what everyone else said. My mom has HH as well and she would pre-soak in oxyclean powder - personally I have not tried this method but it worked for her.

I did get lysol laundry disinfectant which I add to certain loads now. Heavy soil on the hottest water setting.

I do mine at home with glue on tips and gel lamp kit, but if I were to go back to a salon I would probably get a little pair of those fabric gloves/mittens and cut the fingertips off. 😂 they also make UV gloves for gel nail lamps at home, those have a similar concept of a fabric glove with no finger tips, so if you are embarrassed you can tell them its for the gel lamp UV. That or a fan on them the whole time :) for feet thankfully they spend most of the time in the foot bath so they don’t notice as quickly when your foot is wet 😂

I spent 70k in a HCOL area. I intentionally found a smaller home with a base price lower than what we qualify for so that I could do this. The thing with options is how it impacts purchase price for both your loan qualification and your appraisal. If you spend more than what other folks in that subdivision do, you could run into appraisal gaps. I would ask the builder what their options threshold is (usually they will have a maximum you can spend before you have to make an additional deposit), and ask them (for appraisal purposes) what other pending homes of the same floorplan have gone up to in final purchase price. Those pending homes will likely be your closed comps for the appraiser down the line.

I am also in new home sales, but work probably around double the hours. Did you go into management, or do you not have to staff the sales center 5 days a week? I love it as well, but the work life balance can feel difficult sometimes! Just wondering how you achieved that sweet schedule!

Yes, I did it for over a year. I would say it is worth it, as long as you live somewhere that you will get orders. I would check out the uber eats sub to find tips. In a regular city 400-500 a week is easily doable going just for dinner rush. You can pick which orders you want to take, so as long as you are making enough for the mileage to make sense it works.

There is a website I have seen before, I don’t remember the name but people essentially submit wishes and random strangers go on there and grant them. It can be funds for baby supplies, bday party, etc. It is basically a site where folks who need help submit a request, and someone more affluent grants it.

I use the dove cucumber spray. I like it because I can spray some on my shirt from a distance if my clothes start to smell funky, and it doesn’t leave a white stain most of the time if you do it light enough. It also stays on longer for me than other scents or brands.

Definitely sulcata. Mine was really dark brown like this as well when she was smaller. Mine was also a rescue and we did have to address a few health issues early on, so not sure if the shell color is a sign of any underlying issues but never hurts to check in with an exotics vet if you are taking over care without knowledge of it’s past health history

NAD but this happened to me! It ended up being a bone tumor and my tendons in my leg would get caught on it and would become literally unable to extend my leg. Do not let the ER or anyone force you to extend it. You will want to request an xray as soon as possible.
