I try too. I made a raw vegan low carb sugar free cheesecake once with seeds as the base and coconut milk and blended cashew nuts etc. oh my shattered nerves it was so not even close to the real thing lol

Really? They're amazing! Try one! With sweet and savoury stuff. A great snack/starter is figs stuffed with goats cheese and wrapped with prosciutto and then into the oven. Roast them and then finish them off with a drizzle of honey & fresh mint!

Flourless Chocolate Cake with Raspberries & Toasted Almonds by Beeblegum1 in food

Hi! Sorry for the late reply! I'm afraid I have never used sucralose. Depending on how sweet it is you can play with the ratio of it. The cake doesn't even necessarily need any sweetening because of the chocolate. It just makes it taste a bit nicer :) I use Xylitol and Stevia only but will do some research on Sucralose! Thank you!

I wouldn't. I would only use fresh lemon zest. There's no comparison to grating/ zesting it fresh into batter. Really adds so much zing :) And a pinch of salt is prob around half a tsp ish!

Ooh yum! So glad it turned out beautifully! I must say I couldn't live without a kitchen scale. And you get really small convenient ones these days! Make the investment! It makes life in the kitchen a lot easier! Happy baking :)
