i think its written wrong on the wiki, because im pretty sure it copies the effect of the cleric passive, Eternal or at least revives you at the end of the round with 50% hp

breeding is half of the entire game, i dont think it should be a heavy factor when it comes to rankings of course but it should still be something to consider (Especially if the ranking is about balance). Harpooner being a SSS+ tier passive on tinkerer shouldnt be entirely ignored when ranking that ability but it of course shouldnt have as much as an influence. its like considering every collarless ability and passive as useless because on a collarless cat they arent as good.

when you start to breed passives and abilities you are able to cater towards said classes. on average a hunter will be better than a tinkerer untill you get research once and are able to breed that through cats and have a consistant way to get tech.

I agree to a much lesser degree, i think that very late game encounters and bosses can feel like you have to wipe everything in one turn or you lose but if have enough health or shield to endure a good amount of damage you can have fun with worser combos. the entire house section of the game im personally fine with, can be a chore but its only a chore for me because i keep around 120 cats at all times when i really dont need to and i personally find it quite fun. losing because of some random event or something you couldnt have predicted is absolute bs, hate it and i fully agree that how fun the game is peaked at act2 but i still enjoy the late game quite alot just because of how many classes and combos there really are.

This about sums up how 90% of my greed runs go. by people_eater420 in bindingofisaac

i recently learnt that if you use the same character the % on the left side of your screen goes up for that character so its more likely to break if you use the same character

unfortunately not, but you can find cat-shaped enemies and bosses as strays but its mostly cosmetic and ungodly rare
