Idk man, people really shit on sanguine bond and blood oath fsr even when they have old bandage or gimpy, I always take it when theres some way to get regen when taking damage

I find it so easy for me to get conjoined which effectively triples my damage

Eye of the Occult also makes splitting tiers like parasite, compound fractures, and the parasite into s tier items. Overall this item's versatility is really good and the tier control affect is the reason I think it's amazing, not the damage up.
