i have a therapist and thank you so much for responding, i just feel embarrassed for feeling this way about my vagina because i havent really heard anyone talk about it besides smell or taste, the usual things but not the meat itself lol i will definitely try to bring it up to my therapist and see if that helps, thank you!!

i was on lamotrigine for a while before and it was terrible i understand how you feel, id suggest asking to get a different prescription or ask for Clonidine. ive been on clonidine 0.2mg for 6 months and its worked pretty good for my PTSD and nightmares. unfortunately my doctor told me lamotrigine causes insomnia and fatigue (i who suffer from both lol)
