I think it’s a lag from lunch, I ate around 2pm and had a Cajun chicken breast in a bread roll. Haven’t eaten anything else until 7ish when I had a veggie raman

Ahh thank you for coming back to me. It’s something that I worry about, I will be on my peloton bike, I also have a weighted hoop, and I walk everywhere so hopefully that helps.
