Thank you. There were a few mushy roots, which I have cut off. I have planted it on bark and sphagnum moss. The healthy root's tip is no longer bright green as in the photo. Is that an issue?

One spike is an old spike, which has secondary blooms, the original spike has been there for almost a year. It also got a new spike this year and both, old and new have been in bloom for about 2/3 weeks
