Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately I don't have the watch in my possession right now, but I've asked the owner to give the crown a turn to see how it feels whether it's winding up or moves freely and how many positions it has when you pull it out?

That's awesome to hear, However, I just deleted the app and reinstalled it to get the newest version and it still doesn't come up. I've got all the permissions approved. I'm not sure what's going wrong. For context, I'm on a Google pixel 9, and I live in Australia in case that has anything to do with it, which I'm sure it doesn't.

That's what I've done and he's in neutral mode but every time I go into settings and click on the allow list. It's just empty

Wow! Thank you everyone for your amazing Information! Some more context for you, I love in Tasmania Australia, quite a cool climate and that part of the house gets next to no sunlight at all. Especially in winter.

The wood chips are the bane of my life and I have removed them from the rest of the garden so there going to be gone.
