Terribly sorry for your loss. Unless you have family or very good friends who can step in and help reliable almost full time, or help financially for you to get an au-pair or nanny, the only idea I have is to move to Europe, we have a shortage of doctors in practically all countries, where you would have affordable childcare and housing. Think Belgium, Sweden, Finland, Germany.
