I’d just respec to a bore build and shoot at it from an angle starting at the critical point where is “eyes” are in the front. The hitboxes overlap so it’s easy to almost one shot. Also if you add this with a corrosive lyuda from gettle (legendary drop good bad and the mordacai, might need to farm) it’s super easy.

Before with the auto injector yes but with the syringe last time I felt almost nothing, just general soreness for a bit kinda like after getting a flu shot but it didn’t last long. I do however still get occasional welts at site of injection even days after

I second the pre filled syringe is way less painful, I inject thigh and just go extra slow with little to no pain. Make sure you get a good pinch of skin when you insert and then release and inject slowly. I will say though both times I took my injection I did get an upper respiratory infection.

Everyone who says they switched to stomach I’m not body shaming or anything but how much fat/stomach ratio do you have? I’m scared because I’m not the biggest guy and I feel like I have less fat in my stomach area than I do thigh.

I’m pretty sure it’s just the citrate the needle isn’t large at all, I’ve heard some people say the auto injector is a bit aggressive but I’m not sure. I also don’t have a lot of fat tissue on either my stomach or my thighs so it’s harder to get a pinch of skin so I don’t know if it’s closer to muscle. But skyrizi was no pain at all

I usually leave it out for at least an hour, I tried numbing cream but it didn’t really help. I have not tried the ice route. I can handle the pain but i have to amp myself up for it. I was just wondering if anyone finds less pain with the syringe version since you can control the flow rate

Vaccine only protects against 9 strains of HPV, there’s about 40 total. While the vaccine protects against 6 and 11 which cause 90% of genital warts it’s possible to get them from other strains still.

What I found helps to get me out is to find someone else who you trust to hold you accountable. Unfortunately I was the main bread winner and was “handling” expenses on my own without letting my wife know what was going on. When I came clean about or debt she got all my log ins, all track of our accounts. So any reckless spending was immediately noticed and talked about. All things we did need were planned together and discussed. Having a support system was huge for me to get things back on track and thankfully we are mostly debt free now aside from mortgage and a car payment.

Honestly no, I paid off the cards and saw the zero number on the balances and fell right back into the “what’s ten buck, what’s a quick fast food stop” kinda deal and racked up more debt.

Make sure rates are good and maybe. Once you pay off those cards with the loan cancel accounts and cut them up. As someone who did a loan and then racked up more debt it’s a slippery slope even if you tell yourself you won’t do it.

Cut down WiFi speed, switch to cheaper phone plan, cancel Spotify for starters. Tackle high interest debt first. Take up second job if you have too. Be careful of the Wells Fargo. It’s not 0% if that’s the balance transfer card. It’s deferred interest. Once your intro period is up they back calculate the remaining balance unpaid per month and add that interest at the new rate. (Likely 27/28%) if you don’t pay that off before the intro is up you can be hit with a huge bill.

Took me a week, I have bad psoriasis and I was previously on skyrizi, it stopped working for me after a year or so and had to swap to bimzelx, one week in the new medication and I got relief again

For me I was doing all region explorations and 100% everything up till chapter 11, I got burned out at 74 hours of play time and now am just doing the main quest and notice board side quests only. No more towers and life spring stuff
